1. Agreement and Acceptance

All gaming activities conducted through the 639gl Platform are subject to Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, and the specific rules governing each game type offered on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable Philippine gaming laws or PAGCOR regulations, the provisions of Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a 639gl account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. 639gl strictly enforces this age restriction in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming activities. 2.3 Jurisdictional Compliance

Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will result in immediate closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of all wagers.

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to immediately notify 639gl of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 639gl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Account Verification Requirements

639gl implements Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine banking and gaming regulations. As part of these procedures, 639gl reserves the right to request verification documents at account registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any time during your use of the Platform. Verification documents may include but are not limited to: (a) government-issued photo identification; (b) proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months); (c) proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, credit card photo, or e-wallet verification); and (d) source of funds documentation for large deposits or transactions.

You agree to provide all requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 639gl, typically within 72 hours of the request. Failure to provide requested documents may result in temporary account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent account closure. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. 639gl reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet our verification standards and request alternative documentation.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and account verification is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and cancellation of all pending wagers. 639gl reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information you provide through third-party databases, identity verification services, or direct contact with financial institutions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 639gl account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 639gl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, and other approved payment methods displayed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is clearly displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within 15-30 minutes for bank transfers, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

639gl does not charge fees for deposits made through most payment methods. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. All deposits are non-refundable except in cases where 639gl determines, in its sole discretion, that a deposit was made in error or that exceptional circumstances warrant a refund.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your 639gl account at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.3; (b) you must have met all wagering requirements associated with any bonuses, promotions, or free bets credited to your account; (c) your account must not be subject to any pending investigations, disputes, or security holds; and (d) you must withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 639gl account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. 4.3 Wagering Requirements and Restrictions

Funds deposited into your 639gl account that have not been wagered or have been subject to minimal wagering activity may be subject to withdrawal restrictions or administrative fees. This policy is designed to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activities. Generally, deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

5.2 Odds and Payouts

5.3 Results and Settlement

639gl determines all game results and bet settlements based on official data sources, statistics providers, and sporting governing bodies. For sports betting, results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant sports federation or governing body. For live casino games, results are determined by the live dealer or game system in accordance with standard gaming rules. For slots and RNG-based games, results are determined by certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories.

In rare cases where an official result is disputed, corrected, overturned, or declared void after initial settlement, 639gl reserves the right to resettle affected bets based on the corrected or final official result. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific bet settlement rules apply as outlined in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. Generally, bets on abandoned events are void and stakes refunded, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a specified timeframe (typically 48 hours).

5.4 Responsible Use of Platform

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting with other users or third parties designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical glitches, or obvious errors in odds, game results, or Platform functionality;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location or circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or facilitating transactions for other individuals;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other users to exploit promotional offers, or wagering strategies designed solely to meet bonus requirements without genuine gaming activity;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from any software or systems used by 639gl;
• Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any point during your use of the Platform.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. If 639gl determines that prohibited activity has occurred, consequences may include permanent account termination, forfeiture of all account funds, cancellation of all pending wagers, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate. 639gl reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who has previously violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, design elements, source code, databases, and other materials available on or through the 639gl Platform (collectively, "Intellectual Property") are owned by or licensed to 639gl and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. The 639gl name, logo, and all related names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of 639gl or its licensors.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any Intellectual Property without the express written consent of 639gl.

Certain games and content available on the Platform are provided by third-party game developers, software providers, and content creators who retain all intellectual property rights in their respective content. Your use of such third-party content is subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the respective rights holders as incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 639gl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors (collectively, "639gl Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses.

639gl makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability, reliability, or error-free operation of the Platform. Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily prevent access to or use of the Platform. 639gl shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the 639gl Parties to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 639gl account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

These limitations of liability apply regardless of the legal theory upon which any claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if 639gl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain types of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your 639gl account at any time by contacting our customer support team and requesting account closure. Upon receipt of your termination request, 639gl will close your account within 48 hours after settling all pending wagers and verifying that no outstanding obligations exist. Any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5-7 business days, subject to completion of all verification procedures and compliance checks.

10.2 Termination by 639gl

639gl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (b) engagement in prohibited activities as described in Section 7; (c) provision of false or misleading information; (d) failure to complete account verification procedures; (e) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (f) prolonged account inactivity; or (g) circumstances where 639gl determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to 639gl, other users, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

In the event of termination for breach of these Terms or prohibited activities, 639gl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, cancel all pending wagers, and retain funds to offset any losses or damages caused by your violations. Where termination occurs for reasons not involving breach or prohibited conduct, your remaining account balance will be returned to you after settlement of all pending wagers and completion of necessary compliance checks.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must not attempt to register a new account or access the Platform using another account. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, indemnification obligations, dispute resolution procedures, and governing law provisions, shall continue in full force and effect after termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Support Resolution

If you have any complaint, dispute, or disagreement with 639gl regarding your account, a wager, a transaction, or any other matter related to your use of the Platform, you must first attempt to resolve the issue through our customer support channels.
